Day 1, Will says "it's all about the layout"

Will is the neighborhood sparky who hooks up the electricity in everyones lofts for a neighborhood price. A great guy and a teddy bear of a man who loves his job. He began working on the electricity three hours after we signed the lease and he pretty much hasn't left the building since except for home depot runs and the corner store for Rock Star energy drinks which make up 80% of his diet.
